Refund Policy

In general, all products  which are normally stocked in the UK, are able to be returned with the appropriate returns note authorised by the sales office. Products must be returned in a clean ‘as new’ condition. Carriage will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed beforehand and acknowledged on the returns note. Items which have been especially ordered from third parties may not be returnable or may be subject to additional restocking charges depending on the specific requirements of the manufacturer or distributor.
